After earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Northern Illinois University, Hilary completed her Master's Degree in Management and Organizational Development at Benedictine University in Naperville. Hilary has more than 25 years of experience working in healthcare in marketing and administrative roles.  As a business consultant, Hilary believes that organizational clarity, purpose, and lasting change is only possible with a paradigm shift that involves every member of the team.  Through a variety of interventions and exercises, such as:
